What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum quantity is confirmed for your selected model, variant and personalisation. Send the quantities you need so the team can review the order.
Can I mix models and sizes?
Send a list of model codes, sizes and quantities. Mixed-model availability, packing and pricing are confirmed in the quotation.
Can I request a sample?
Ask about a sample for your chosen model. Sample availability, charges, personalisation and delivery timing need to be confirmed before arranging it.
Can you add our logo and recipient names?
Discuss laser engraving, UV emboss printing and aluminium plate options. Send the artwork and recipient list; the suitable method and layout are confirmed for the trophy.
How long does production take?
Timing depends on the model, quantity, availability, artwork approval and any new tooling. Share your required arrival date; production and transit time are confirmed separately.
What are the payment terms?
The payment schedule, currency and payment method are stated in your quotation or order confirmation. Confirm the details with the sales team before payment.
Are freight, duties and taxes included?
Ask for the quotation to specify freight and the scope of any import costs. The included and excluded charges must be confirmed for the destination and shipment.
How are trophies protected in transit?
The WS system uses wrapping, fitted supports, internal dividers, top protection and a corrugated carton. Packing is matched to the selected trophy and shipment.
What if an item arrives damaged?
Keep the product and packing, photograph the carton, label and damage, and contact the sales team with the order details. The team will review the case and applicable order terms.
Can you make an exclusive design?
Send your concept, intended use, approximate size, quantity and deadline. Design feasibility, tooling, sample arrangements and any exclusivity terms require a separate agreement.
Which countries can I enquire for?
This site accepts enquiries for Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand. Delivery feasibility, freight and timing are confirmed for the exact destination.
Are the trophies made of solid silver?
White Silver is the collection name. Do not assume solid-silver construction from the name or a photograph. Ask for the base material and surface finish of the selected model.
